This round Zündapp patch features a white winged shield emblem over a red centre, surrounded by a green outer ring. White ZÜNDAPP lettering curves around the lower edge, with white embroidered rings and edging defining the circular design.

Measuring 60 mm in diameter, this embroidered motorcycle badge adds a green, red and white retro detail to a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag.

  • Design: Zündapp winged shield emblem and curved lettering
  • Patch color: Green, red & white
  • Size: 60 mm diameter
  • Shape: Round
  • Details: Red centre, green outer ring and white logo, lettering and edging
  • Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions

  1. Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
  2. Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the emblem upright and smooth the fabric underneath.
  3. Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
  4. Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the full circle without sliding the iron.
  5. Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.

Sew-On Option

Secure the patch flat and stitch around its circular border using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Keep the fabric smooth and avoid pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.

Care

Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the edges from snagging. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical riding clothing.
