How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. For international orders, please allow 7–21 business days.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Returns & Exchanges
How can I return an item?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods. Send us a short email and we will send you the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to withdrawal, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the goods have been received and inspected by us, we will refund the purchase price within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Product Quality & Material
How do I apply the patches?
Our iron-on patches are ironed onto the fabric at 150 °C for approx. 30 seconds. Detailed instructions are included with every order.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes, our vinyl stickers are weather-resistant and UV-resistant – perfect for laptops, cars, skateboards, and outdoors.
Can the patches be washed?
Yes, at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry.
