§ 3 Vertragsschluss · Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the button "Buy now" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

(3) Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent immediately by e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded with this confirmation e-mail.

§ 5 Lieferung · Delivery

(1) Within Germany, delivery usually takes place within 3–7 working days after receipt of payment. Internationally, the delivery time is 7–21 working days.

(2) Should an ordered product not be available, we will inform you immediately. Payments already received will be refunded without delay.

(3) Partial deliveries are permissible if this is reasonable for the buyer; no additional shipping costs will be incurred.

§ 9 Gewährleistung · Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods. For used goods, the period is shortened to 1 year.

(1) We are liable for damages resulting from grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty according to statutory provisions.

§ 12 Schlussbestimmungen · Final Provisions

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.

(2) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
