We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return policy below.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized stickers and patches
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
