This round Vespa embroidered patch combines blue script lettering with a red, white and blue Union Jack-inspired design. A broad red cross divides the white upper field from the flag details below, while a partial target motif sits above the lettering. Red and white edging frames the circular badge.
Measuring 75 mm in diameter, this scooter patch adds a distinctive Mod-inspired detail to a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag. Pair it with other scooter badges or use the circular design as a standalone accent.
- Design: Blue Vespa script, Union Jack-inspired flag and partial target motif
- Patch color: Red, white & blue
- Size: 75 mm diameter
- Shape: Round with red and white edging
- Details: Embroidered lettering, broad red cross and contrasting flag panels
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the lettering upright and smooth the fabric underneath.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the full circular design without sliding the iron.
- Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the badge flat and stitch around its circular border using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Avoid pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing and avoid scrubbing the embroidery. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical riding clothing.
