This Vespa skull embroidered patch combines a black-and-white skull with a bold black emblem on its forehead. Large eye shapes, a small nose and outlined grinning teeth create a contrasting design, framed by a light stitched edge that follows the skull silhouette.
Measuring 63 × 92 mm, the badge adds a darker scooter-inspired detail to a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag. Its tall contoured format fits alongside lettering and other patches without a rectangular background panel.
- Design: Grinning skull with a stylised forehead emblem
- Patch color: Black & white
- Size: 63 × 92 mm
- Shape: Contoured skull silhouette
- Details: Contrasting forehead motif, large eye shapes, outlined teeth and light outer border
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the skull upright and smooth the fabric underneath.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the whole skull and its contoured edges without sliding the iron.
- Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the badge in position and stitch around its contoured border using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Follow the skull and jaw carefully, keeping the fabric flat and avoiding pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing and avoid scrubbing the embroidery. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical riding clothing.
