This round Vespa Service embroidered patch features blue Vespa script on a white upper panel, white SERVICE lettering across a red central band and a red, white and blue Union Jack motif below. A red stitched border frames the circular design.
Measuring 73 mm in diameter, the badge adds a scooter-themed detail to a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag. Its flag-inspired design pairs with Mod and scooter patches or works as a standalone accent. The flag is part of the motif, not an indication of manufacturing origin.
- Design: Vespa script, SERVICE band and Union Jack motif
- Patch color: Red, white & blue
- Size: 73 mm diameter
- Shape: Round
- Details: Blue script, white uppercase SERVICE lettering and red outer border
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the lettering upright and smooth the fabric underneath.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the full circular badge and its border without sliding the iron.
- Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the badge flat and stitch around its circular border using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing and avoid scrubbing the embroidery. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical riding clothing.
