This Vespa scooter embroidered patch depicts a black scooter with silver-coloured outlines and wheel details. Red Vespa lettering on the rear body panel and front adds colour to the monochrome silhouette. The black outer border follows the scooter's wheels, body and handlebar.
Measuring 100 × 80 mm, this shaped badge brings a classic scooter motif to a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag. Give the detailed silhouette its own fabric panel or combine it with your other scooter patches.
- Design: Vespa scooter with handlebars, body panels and two wheels
- Patch color: Black, silver-coloured & red, with darker grey details
- Size: 100 × 80 mm
- Shape: Contoured scooter silhouette
- Details: Silver-coloured outlines and wheel embroidery, red Vespa lettering and black stitched border
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the scooter upright and smooth the fabric underneath.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the entire scooter, including both wheels and the handlebar, without sliding the iron.
- Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the badge in position and stitch around its contoured black border using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Follow the wheels and projecting handlebar carefully, keeping the fabric flat and avoiding pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect projecting edges from snagging. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. Silver-coloured refers to appearance, not precious-metal content. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical riding clothing.
