Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions

4. Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the full design, including the gear tips, handlebar and banner ends, without sliding the iron.
5. Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.

Sew-On Option

Secure the badge flat and stitch around its contoured border using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Follow the projecting gear tips and banner ends carefully, avoiding pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
