This Suzuki embroidered patch features sweeping black wings traced with red feather outlines. A red S emblem fills the circular centre, crossed by blue Suzuki lettering and surrounded by a red stitched ring.

Measuring 140 × 45 mm, the slim winged silhouette adds a horizontal motorcycle detail to a suitable jacket, biker vest, backpack or fabric bag. Position it above another badge or give the outstretched wings their own space on a contrasting fabric panel.

  • Design: Outstretched wings with central Suzuki S emblem and lettering
  • Patch color: Red, blue & black
  • Size: 140 × 45 mm
  • Shape: Contoured wings with circular centre
  • Details: Red feather outlines, red S emblem and ring, blue Suzuki lettering
  • Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions

  1. Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
  2. Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Centre the emblem, align both wings and smooth the fabric underneath.
  3. Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
  4. Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the centre and both wings, including the tips, without sliding the iron.
  5. Allow it to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.

Sew-On Option

Secure the centre and both wings in position and stitch around the full outer contour using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Follow the feather edges and narrow tips, keep the fabric flat and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.

Care

Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check the wing tips and edges before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the border from snagging. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
