This hexagonal Suzuki embroidered patch combines bold central lettering with two stylised bird motifs facing in opposite directions. Grey stitching and lighter outlines stand out against a black background, framed by a matching grey outer border.
Measuring 85 × 80 mm, its six-sided silhouette creates a compact focal point on a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag. Pair the monochrome design with other motorcycle badges or give it its own space on a contrasting panel.
- Design: Suzuki lettering between two stylised birds
- Patch color: Grey & black, with lighter grey outlines
- Size: 85 × 80 mm
- Shape: Hexagon
- Details: Feather-like wing lines, bold central text and embroidered border
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the Suzuki lettering upright and smooth the fabric beneath the patch.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the entire patch, including all six corners, without sliding the iron.
- Allow it to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the patch in position and stitch around its hexagonal outer border using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Keep the fabric flat, follow each corner and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the edges from snagging. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
