This Suzuki Hayabusa embroidered patch pairs a black kanji motif with flowing white Hayabusa script outlined in black. A white outer edge follows the distinctive logo silhouette, keeping the lettering and symbol clearly defined.
Measuring 110 × 46 mm, the horizontal badge adds a recognisable motorcycle detail to a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag. Position it on a contrasting fabric panel to highlight the sweeping script and tall kanji motif.
- Design: Hayabusa script and kanji motif
- Patch color: Black & white
- Size: 110 × 46 mm
- Shape: Contoured logo silhouette
- Details: Black kanji, white script with black outlines and white edging
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the patch backing instructions and the garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Do not apply heat to leather, coated or heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits it.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the logo upright and smooth the fabric beneath it.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing, within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the whole design, including its narrow ends, without sliding the iron.
- Allow the patch to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is needed, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the patch in position and stitch around the contoured outer edge with a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Take care around the narrow tips and kanji outline, keeping the fabric flat and avoiding pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow the garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the pointed edges from snagging. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
