This Rock & Roll patch takes the shape of a black hand making the horns gesture. Red gothic-style ROCK and ROLL lettering contrasts with white lightning bolts, a white ampersand and white 1968 text near the wrist.

Measuring 50 × 102 mm, this embroidered music badge adds a red, white and black rock-inspired detail to a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag. The 1968 text is part of the design, not a statement of the patch's manufacturing date.

  • Design: Horns hand with Rock & Roll lettering and lightning bolts
  • Patch color: Black, red & white
  • Size: 50 × 102 mm
  • Shape: Contoured hand with raised index and little fingers
  • Details: Red gothic-style lettering, white ampersand, lightning bolts and 1968 motif
  • Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment permits ironing

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions

  1. Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
  2. Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the lettering upright and smooth the fabric underneath.
  3. Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
  4. Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Cover the complete design, including the raised fingers, without sliding the iron.
  5. Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.

Sew-On Option

Secure the patch flat and stitch around its contoured border using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Follow the raised fingers carefully and avoid pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.

Care

Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect projecting edges from snagging. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective equipment.
