This Norton embroidered patch combines a red, white and blue Union Jack shield with a black horizontal logo panel. White Norton script spans the centre, while red stitched borders frame the panel and shield-shaped silhouette.
Measuring 90 × 74 mm, the contoured badge adds a British motorcycle motif to a suitable jacket, biker vest, backpack or fabric bag. Wear it as a focal point or pair it with your other patches.
- Design: Norton script logo across a Union Jack shield
- Patch color: Red, white, blue & black
- Size: 90 × 74 mm
- Shape: Contoured shield with extended rectangular logo panel
- Details: White lettering, black centre panel and red stitched borders
- The British flag is a design element, not a statement of manufacturing origin
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if heat-activated adhesive is present and the fabric permits ironing. Avoid heat-sensitive, coated and leather surfaces unless their manufacturer permits heat application.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the logo upright and smooth the fabric underneath the shield and both panel ends.
- Cover with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and use the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Treat the entire design, including the shield points and panel ends, without sliding the iron.
- Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce edges with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the patch in position and stitch around its outer contour using a needle and thread suitable for your garment. Follow the shield and extended panel ends, keep the fabric flat and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the points and edges from snagging. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
