Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions

2. Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface large enough to support the entire patch. Position the logo upright and smooth the fabric beneath both wings.
3. Cover with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and use the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
4. Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. For this wide design, follow the backing guidance for working in sections and treat the centre and both wing tips evenly without sliding the iron.
5. Allow it to cool completely before gently checking attachment across the entire contour. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required, or reinforce with stitching where suitable.

Sew-On Option

Secure the complete patch in position and stitch around the outer contour using a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Follow both wing tips and the oval centre, keep the fabric flat and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce the edges of this wide patch.
