This Moto Guzzi embroidered patch pairs a wide-winged eagle with a red gear-shaped emblem. Beige stitching defines the feathers, lettering and gear teeth, while black outlines give the design contrast.
At 110 × 63 mm, the wings extend beyond the circular centre for a distinctive silhouette. Add it to a suitable jacket, biker vest, backpack or fabric bag to build your own motorcycle patch arrangement.
- Design: Spread-wing eagle over a gear-shaped Moto Guzzi emblem
- Patch color: Red, beige & black
- Size: 110 × 63 mm
- Details: Embroidered Moto Guzzi lettering, feather pattern and gear-tooth border
- Gear details are embroidered decoration, not metal hardware
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the patch backing and garment care instructions. Only proceed if heat-activated adhesive is present and the garment is suitable for ironing. Avoid heat-sensitive, coated and leather surfaces unless the manufacturer expressly permits it.
- Place the garment flat on a firm heat-resistant surface. Position the patch with the wings straight and smooth the fabric beneath it.
- Protect the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Turn off steam and use the temperature specified by the backing instructions, within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified for the backing. Cover the entire design, including wing tips and gear edges, without sliding the iron.
- Let the patch cool completely before checking attachment. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required. Reinforce edges with stitches where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the patch in position and stitch around its outer contour using a needle and thread suitable for your fabric. Follow both wing tips and the gear-shaped edge, keeping fabric flat and avoiding pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing provides an alternative where ironing is unsuitable.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check the edges before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the wing tips from snagging. Do not iron directly on the embroidered face. This patch is decorative, not protective riding equipment. Consult the clothing manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle garments.
