Iron-On & Sewing Instructions

Check the backing before applying heat. Only iron on if a heat-activated adhesive backing is present and the garment care label permits ironing. If there is no adhesive backing or you are unsure, sew the patch on instead.

1. Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface and position the patch.
2. Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth.
3. Use a dry iron without steam. Follow the adhesive supplier's temperature and pressing-time instructions, without exceeding the garment's permitted ironing temperature.
4. Allow the fabric and patch to cool completely before checking the bond.
5. Stitch around the border for secure attachment, especially on frequently worn or washed items.

Do not iron onto leather, coated fabrics or heat-sensitive synthetics unless their manufacturer explicitly permits it. Sew on when heat is unsuitable.

Care Instructions

• Where washing is permitted, wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
• Do not bleach, soak or scrub the embroidery.
• Air dry; avoid tumble drying and direct heat.
