Les Routiers Round Embroidered Truckers Patch
This round Les Routiers patch combines white lettering with a blue and red centre, surrounded by twelve yellow-gold five-point stars. The stitched design gives a truck-themed accent to a jacket, vest or fabric bag, with contrasting colours arranged inside a compact circular badge.
The central disc is divided diagonally into blue and red sections and enclosed by a white circular outline. White LES ROUTIERS lettering crosses the centre, with a horizontal white line beneath ROUTIERS. Around this emblem, twelve embroidered stars form an evenly spaced ring on the blue background. A blue stitched outer border completes the circular shape.
At 70 mm in diameter, the patch can be positioned on a suitable flat sleeve, chest panel, vest or textile bag. Add it as a standalone detail or include it in a personal collection of truck and transport badges. Check the fabric and available space before choosing an attachment method.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment's care label and adhesive backing instructions before applying heat. Choose sewing for fabrics that are heat-sensitive, coated or unsuitable for ironing.
- Place the garment on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Smooth the fabric and position the patch with the adhesive side facing down.
- Cover the patch completely with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Turn off steam and select a temperature permitted by both the fabric and backing instructions.
- Press firmly without moving the iron sideways. Follow the backing's specified pressing time, never exceeding the garment's heat limits.
- Allow the garment and patch to cool completely. Check the circular edge gently; if any area has not attached, follow the backing instructions for another press or secure it with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Position the patch on your chosen fabric and stitch around the circular outer border using suitable thread. Sewing can also reinforce an iron-on attachment, particularly on garments that are washed frequently.
Care
Follow the garment's care label and check that the patch is secure before washing. Avoid ironing directly on exposed embroidery; use a protective pressing cloth whenever heat is permitted.
