Add a British-inspired scooter detail to your patch arrangement with this Lambretta Union Jack embroidered badge. White stylised Lambretta lettering and horizontal line details sit on a black upper panel, above a red, white and blue Union Jack-style flag design.
Measuring 78 × 55 mm, this rectangular patch combines contrasting lettering and flag colours in a compact layout. A pale inner frame and black outer edge define the design. Position it on a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag as a standalone feature or alongside your other scooter patches.
- Design: Lambretta lettering above a Union Jack-style flag motif
- Patch color: Black, white, red & blue
- Size: 78 × 55 mm
- Shape: Rectangle
- Details: White embroidered lettering on a black panel with a contrasting flag section below
- The flag motif is a design element, not a statement of this patch's manufacturing origin
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Proceed only if iron-on adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat. Do not iron leather, coated or heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits it.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm heat-resistant surface. Align the lettering upright and smooth the fabric beneath the entire rectangle.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and use only the temperature permitted by both the garment and backing instructions.
- Follow the backing's specified pressing time, temperature and pressure. Cover the centre, edges and corners as instructed without sliding the iron.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions for additional pressing if needed, or reinforce the border with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Secure the patch in position and stitch around the rectangular outer border, keeping the corners flat. Avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect edges from snagging. Never iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical riding clothing.
