Add a distinctive Welsh scooter motif to your patch arrangement with this Lambretta Club Wales embroidered badge. A black line drawing of a scooter is overlaid with a red Welsh dragon on a white background, with curved black Lambretta Club lettering above and Wales lettering below.
Measuring 90 mm in diameter, this round design combines detailed scooter outlines with a contrasting red dragon. Position it on a suitable jacket, vest, backpack or fabric bag as a standalone feature or alongside your other scooter patches.
- Design: Scooter illustration with a red Welsh dragon
- Patch color: White, black & red
- Size: 90 mm diameter
- Shape: Round
- Embroidered wording: Lambretta Club; Wales
- Details: Black scooter outlines and curved lettering with a pale outer border
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Proceed only if iron-on adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat. Do not iron leather, coated or heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits it.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm heat-resistant surface. Align the scooter and lettering upright and smooth the fabric beneath the entire circular patch.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and use only the temperature permitted by both the garment and backing instructions.
- Follow the backing's specified pressing time, temperature and pressure. Cover the centre and entire circular edge as instructed without sliding the iron.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking attachment. Follow backing instructions for additional pressing if needed, or reinforce the border with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Secure the patch in position and stitch around the circular outer border. Keep the fabric flat and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect edges from snagging. Never iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical riding clothing.
