Create a dramatic centrepiece with this Harley-Davidson twin skull embroidered big patch. Two mirrored skulls with open jaws face inward beneath an arched Harley-Davidson lettering strip. White and light-grey sweeping ornaments contrast with the black background, while darker grey linework adds layered detail.
Measuring 245 × 260 mm, this large contoured design makes a prominent feature on the back of a suitable jacket or vest. Symmetrical scrollwork and pointed tribal-style flourishes bring the paired skull motif together.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Proceed only if an iron-on adhesive backing is present and the fabric is heat-compatible. Do not iron leather, coated or heat-sensitive materials unless their manufacturer permits it.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the lettering at the top and smooth the fabric beneath the entire patch.
- Cover the patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select only the temperature permitted by both the garment label and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature. Work across the large design in sections as instructed, covering the lettering strip, centre and shaped edges without exceeding garment heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions for any additional pressing, or reinforce the outline with stitching where appropriate.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Stitch around the black outer border, carefully following the upper lettering strip and ornamental contours. Keep the fabric flat and avoid catching unwanted pockets or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment along this large design.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the projecting ornamental edges from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
