Make a skeletal chopper rider the centrepiece of your patch arrangement with this Harley-Davidson embroidered big patch. Viewed from the front, the motorcycle features tall handlebars, a round headlight and a flame motif above the large front tyre. A grinning skull rider sits beneath an arched Harley-Davidson lettering strip.
Measuring 225 × 270 mm, the tall contoured design creates a prominent feature on the back of a suitable jacket or vest. Grey and white details stand out against black, highlighting the rider's raised arms, oversized boots and motorcycle components.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Proceed only if an iron-on adhesive backing is present and the fabric is heat-compatible. Do not iron leather, coated or heat-sensitive materials unless their manufacturer permits it.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Centre the motorcycle upright and smooth the fabric beneath the entire design, including the upper lettering strip.
- Cover the patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select only the temperature permitted by both the garment label and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature. Work across the large design in sections as instructed, treating the centre, lettering and shaped edges without exceeding garment heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions for any additional pressing, or reinforce the outline with stitching where appropriate.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Stitch around the black outer border, carefully following the lettering strip, raised arms, boots and front tyre. Keep the fabric flat and avoid catching unwanted pockets or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment along this large, shaped design.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the projecting edges from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
