Add a wide winged emblem to your patch arrangement with this Harley-Davidson embroidered big patch. Red feather sections stretch outward from a central black Motor Harley-Davidson Cycles shield, with white lettering and red shield outlines completing the design.

Measuring 295 × 100 mm, this slim horizontal badge makes a prominent accent across the back of a suitable jacket or vest. Black feather contours and outer edging define the long, tapered wing tips.

  • Design: Outstretched red wings framing a Motor Harley-Davidson Cycles shield
  • Patch color: Red, black & white
  • Size: 295 × 100 mm
  • Details: Red feather sections, black outlines, white lettering and red shield border
  • Shape: Wide contoured winged badge with tapered tips
  • Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if an adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions

  1. Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Proceed only if an iron-on adhesive backing is present and the fabric is heat-compatible. Do not iron leather, coated or heat-sensitive materials unless their manufacturer permits it.
  2. Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Centre the shield upright and smooth the fabric beneath both wings.
  3. Cover the entire patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select only the temperature permitted by both the garment label and backing instructions.
  4. Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature. Work across the wide design in sections as instructed, treating the shield, feathers and wing tips without exceeding garment heat limits.
  5. Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions for any additional pressing, or reinforce the outline with stitching where appropriate.

Sew-On Option

Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Stitch around the black outer border, carefully following the wing tips and lower shield point. Keep the fabric flat and avoid catching unwanted pockets or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment along the wide design.

Care

Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the tapered wing tips from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
