Create a bold motorcycle-inspired focal point with this round Harley-Davidson embroidered patch. The black background sets off an orange and white central shield bearing Motor, Harley-Davidson and Cycles lettering. White “Genuine” and “Original” text curves around the emblem, with a white inner ring framing the centre.
The circular silhouette and contrasting embroidery suit a patch arrangement on a suitable jacket, vest or bag. Use it as a standalone accent or combine it with other motorcycle-themed designs. “Genuine Original” describes the lettering shown on the patch; it is not a statement of verified authenticity or licensing.
- Design: Harley-Davidson Motor Cycles shield with surrounding Genuine Original lettering
- Patch color: Black, orange & white
- Size: 90 mm diameter
- Shape: Round
- Details: Orange shield outlines, white lettering and white inner ring
- Border: Black stitched outer edge
- Style: Embroidered motorcycle and biker badge
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if an adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Use this method only with an iron-on adhesive backing and fabric that tolerates the required heat. Avoid coated or heat-sensitive materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the circular patch with the central Harley-Davidson banner level.
- Cover the whole patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Turn off steam and select a temperature permitted by both garment and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified temperature and pressing time, covering the centre and circular edge without exceeding fabric limits.
- Let everything cool completely before gently checking the attachment. Follow backing instructions for any repeat pressing, or reinforce the edge with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment and stitch evenly around the black outer border. Avoid unwanted pocket or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an adhesive attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and never place a hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Check manufacturer guidance before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
