Make bold lettering the focal point of your patch layout with this large Harley-Davidson embroidered badge. Orange block letters form a curved two-line wordmark, outlined in white against a contoured black background. Grey circular rivet-style motifs add an industrial-inspired detail throughout the letters.

The wide 240 × 113 mm format creates a prominent accent on a suitable jacket, vest or fabric bag. Position it above other badges or let the arched lettering stand alone. The rivet-style elements are described as a design motif, not as confirmed metal hardware.

  • Design: Curved two-line Harley-Davidson block lettering with rivet-style motifs
  • Patch color: Orange, grey, white & black
  • Size: 240 × 113 mm
  • Format: Big patch
  • Details: Orange letter fill, grey circular accents and contrasting white outlines
  • Shape: Wide arched wordmark with contoured black edging
  • Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if an adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions

  1. Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Use this method only with an iron-on adhesive backing and heat-compatible fabric. Avoid coated or heat-sensitive materials unless their manufacturer expressly permits ironing.
  2. Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Check the full 240 × 113 mm placement and smooth both lettering rows flat.
  3. Cover the entire design with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select only the temperature permitted by both garment and backing instructions.
  4. Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature. Work across the wide design as directed, covering both rows and projecting letter ends without exceeding garment heat limits.
  5. Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the outline. Follow backing instructions for any additional pressing, or reinforce the edges with stitches.

Sew-On Option

Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment and stitch around the contoured black border. Secure the projecting letter corners carefully while keeping the fabric flat. Avoid sewing through unwanted pockets or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an adhesive attachment where appropriate.

Care

Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the lettering corners from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
