Create a colourful centrepiece with this Harley-Davidson eagle embroidered big patch. A brown eagle with a pale head and yellow beak rests above a central Motor Harley-Davidson Cycles shield, framed by a circular patterned ornament and hanging white feathers with red tips.
Blue geometric lines stretch across the dark background, with orange accents and pale chevron details completing the wide design. Measuring 300 × 240 mm, this contoured badge makes a prominent feature on the back of a suitable jacket or vest.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Proceed only if an iron-on adhesive backing is present and the fabric is heat-compatible. Do not iron leather, coated or heat-sensitive materials unless their manufacturer permits it.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the eagle at the top and smooth the fabric beneath the entire design.
- Cover the patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select only the temperature permitted by both the garment label and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature. Work across the large design in sections as instructed, treating the centre, side points and lower feather contours without exceeding garment heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions for any additional pressing, or reinforce the outline with stitching where appropriate.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Stitch around the dark outer border, carefully following the side points and hanging feather contours. Keep the fabric flat and avoid catching unwanted pockets or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment around this large design.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the projecting edges from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
