Make the eagle the focal point of your patch layout with this large Harley-Davidson embroidered badge. Layered light grey feathers sweep upward around an eagle head with a yellow eye and beak. Black outlines define the individual feathers and the pointed outer silhouette.
An orange-and-black Motor Cycles shield fills the centre, crossed by white Harley-Davidson lettering. At 182 × 162 mm, this design creates a prominent accent on a suitable jacket, vest or bag while leaving space to build your own arrangement of smaller patches around it.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and the patch backing instructions. Use heat only with an iron-on adhesive backing and heat-compatible fabric. Avoid heat-sensitive or coated materials unless their manufacturer expressly permits ironing.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the shield upright and smooth the eagle's wings and feather tips flat.
- Cover the whole design with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Turn off steam and select only a temperature allowed by both the garment and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature. Work across the large design as directed, including the wing tips, without exceeding the garment's heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the outer edges. Follow backing instructions for any further pressing, or reinforce the contoured outline with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Stitch around the outer contour, securing the projecting feather tips carefully and keeping the fabric flat. Avoid sewing through unwanted pocket or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an adhesive attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow the garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the feather tips from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
