Make a bold focal point for your next motorcycle-themed project with this Harley-Davidson big embroidered patch. Wide white wings extend from a central black shield, while red flames with yellow details rise above and curl beneath the emblem. Orange shield outlines and Motor Cycles lettering frame the white Harley-Davidson name.
The shaped silhouette follows the feathered wings and individual flame tips, creating a striking contrast against the black edging. Position it on a suitable jacket back, vest or bag, leaving enough space around the wings and tall flames to show the complete design.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and backing instructions. Use an iron only if the patch has an iron-on adhesive backing and the garment tolerates the required heat. Avoid coated or heat-sensitive materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the shield centrally and check that both wings and all flame tips lie flat.
- Cover the entire design with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and choose a temperature allowed by both garment and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified temperature and pressing time. Work across the design as directed, including wing ends and flame tips, without exceeding fabric heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely. Gently check the full outline. Follow backing instructions for repeat pressing, or reinforce the shaped edges with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment and sew around the outer contour. Secure the narrow flame tips and wing ends carefully, then follow the curved lower edges. Avoid unwanted pocket or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an adhesive attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check the shaped edges before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect projecting tips from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Check manufacturer guidance before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
