Create a dramatic motorcycle-themed focal point with this Harley-Davidson big embroidered patch. A skeleton rider with red eyes grips tall handlebars above a front-facing chopper motorcycle. Grey and white stitching picks out the skull, skeletal hands, headlight, engine and front tyre against the black background.
A curved Harley-Davidson banner crowns the design, while the contoured black outline follows the raised arms and motorcycle silhouette. Position it on a suitable jacket, vest or bag with enough room for the tall design, or add it to a collection of skull and biker patches.
- Design: Skeleton rider on a front-facing chopper motorcycle with tall handlebars

- Details: Red eyes, curved Harley-Davidson lettering, skeletal hands and motorcycle embroidery

- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if an adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Read the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Use this method only with an iron-on adhesive backing and heat-compatible fabric. Avoid coated or heat-sensitive materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Align the motorcycle vertically and make sure the lettering banner, raised arms and wheel lie flat.
- Cover the entire design with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and choose a temperature permitted by both garment and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding. Follow the backing's specified temperature and pressing time, working across the design as directed and covering the narrow upper details without exceeding fabric heat limits.
- Let everything cool completely before gently checking the full outline. Follow backing instructions for any repeat pressing, or reinforce the shaped edges with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for your garment and stitch around the black outer contour. Secure the banner ends, handlebar areas and lower wheel carefully. Avoid unwanted pocket or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an adhesive attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect narrow projecting sections from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Check manufacturer guidance before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
