Create a striking winged centrepiece with this Harley-Davidson embroidered big patch. Two long grey angel wings fall from behind a central orange-and-black Motor Harley-Davidson Cycles shield. White brand lettering and a white shield outline contrast with the black background.
Measuring 245 × 300 mm, the tall contoured design makes a prominent feature on the back of a suitable jacket or vest. Layered feather stitching follows the downward sweep of each wing, with a long open gap separating the lower tips.
- Design: Downward angel wings behind a Motor Harley-Davidson Cycles shield

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Proceed only if an iron-on adhesive backing is present and the fabric is heat-compatible. Do not iron leather, coated or heat-sensitive materials unless their manufacturer permits it.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the shield upright and smooth the fabric beneath both wings and the centre.
- Cover the patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select only the temperature permitted by both the garment label and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature. Work across the large design in sections as instructed, treating the shield, feathers and wing tips without exceeding garment heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions for any additional pressing, or reinforce the outline with stitching where appropriate.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Stitch around the black outer border, carefully following the shield and both the outer and inner wing contours. Keep the fabric flat and avoid catching unwanted pockets or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment along this large design.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the long wing tips from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
