Add a lettering detail to your patch arrangement with this Electra Glide embroidered rocker badge. Yellow uppercase lettering follows a gentle arch across a black background, framed by matching yellow edging.
Measuring 120 × 38 mm, the curved strip works as a compact accent on a suitable jacket, vest or fabric bag. Place it above another badge or use it on its own for a simple yellow-and-black lettering feature.
- Design: Uppercase Electra Glide lettering
- Patch color: Yellow & black
- Size: 120 × 38 mm
- Details: Yellow embroidered letters and matching border on a black background
- Shape: Curved rocker-style strip
- Application: Sew onto suitable fabric; iron on only if an adhesive backing is present and the garment permits heat application
Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Proceed only if an iron-on adhesive backing is present and the fabric is heat-compatible. Do not iron leather, coated or heat-sensitive materials unless their manufacturer permits it.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the lettering upright and smooth the fabric beneath the curved strip.
- Cover the patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select only the temperature permitted by both the garment label and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature, covering the centre, curved edges and ends as instructed.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions for any additional pressing, or reinforce the outline with stitching where appropriate.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment. Stitch around the outer border, following the upper and lower curves while keeping the fabric flat. Avoid catching unwanted pockets or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the edges from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
