Ducati Corse Shield and Stripes Patch

This rectangular embroidered Ducati Corse patch features a red shield over a red background crossed by a broad white horizontal stripe and narrow contrasting lines. White DUCATI CORSE lettering fills the shield, which has white and black outlines and a small black detail near its pointed base. A white stitched outer border frames the rectangular badge.

The 85 × 55 mm format combines the shield and striped background into a compact motorcycle-themed accent. Position it on a suitable jacket, vest or fabric bag with enough flat space for the complete rectangle. Use it alone as a focal point or leave a gap around its border when combining it with other patches.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions

  1. Read the garment care label and adhesive backing instructions. Do not iron heat-sensitive, coated or non-ironable materials.
  2. Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the patch adhesive-side down and keep all four corners flat.
  3. Cover the entire patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Turn off steam and choose a temperature permitted by both the garment and backing instructions.
  4. Press firmly without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and never exceed the garment's heat limits.
  5. Let the patch and fabric cool completely. Gently check the edges and corners. Follow backing instructions for any repeat pressing or secure the border with stitches.

Sew-On Option

Use a needle and thread suited to the garment to stitch around the rectangular border. Secure the corners carefully and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an iron-on attachment where appropriate.

Care

Follow garment and patch care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and never place an uncovered hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment; check manufacturer guidance before altering technical motorcycle clothing.
