Buell Motorcycles Oval Checkered Logo Patch
This oval embroidered Buell Motorcycles patch combines a white slanted Buell wordmark with a blue central band. Black and white checks fill the upper section, while blue MOTORCYCLES lettering sits on the white lower panel. Black horizontal dividing lines and a black stitched outer border frame the three-part design.
The 110 × 58 mm badge creates a distinctive blue, white and black accent on a suitable jacket, vest or fabric bag. Use it as a standalone motorcycle motif or leave space around the oval edge when arranging it with other patches. The checkered detail adds a motorsport-style visual element without crowding the main lettering.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Read the garment care label and adhesive backing instructions. Do not iron heat-sensitive, coated or non-ironable materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Place the patch adhesive-side down in the chosen position.
- Cover the entire patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Turn off steam and select a temperature allowed by both the fabric and backing instructions.
- Press firmly without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and never exceed the garment's heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely. Gently check the oval edge. Follow backing instructions for any repeat pressing or secure the border with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suited to the garment to stitch around the black outer border. Follow the oval evenly and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an iron-on attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch care instructions. Check attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and never place an uncovered hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment; check manufacturer guidance before altering technical motorcycle clothing.
