BSA Sunburst Logo Patch
This embroidered BSA patch combines gold-yellow winged lettering with a white oval centre and a radiating sunburst motif. Long pointed rays extend across a red background, framed by a matching red stitched border. The horizontal outline is broadly rounded at the left and narrows towards the right.
The warm gold-yellow stitching contrasts with the red field, while the white centre separates the BSA lettering from the surrounding rays. At 89 × 57 mm, the badge makes a compact accent for a suitable jacket, vest or fabric bag. Leave a little space around its shaped edge when arranging it alongside other motorcycle-themed patches.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and adhesive backing instructions. Do not iron heat-sensitive, coated or non-ironable materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Place the patch adhesive-side down in the chosen position.
- Cover the entire patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select a temperature allowed by both the fabric and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the pressing time specified for the backing and never exceed the garment's heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely. Gently check the shaped edge. Follow the backing instructions for any repeat pressing or secure the border with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suited to the garment and stitch around the red outer border, following the curved outline. Avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing offers an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an iron-on attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and never place an uncovered hot iron directly on the design. This is a decorative patch, not protective riding equipment; check manufacturer guidance before altering technical motorcycle clothing.
