BSA Curved Winged Logo Patch
This curved BSA patch features widely spaced white BSA lettering on a black background. A small layered wing extends left from the B, while a white stitched border follows the arched outline. The convex upper edge and concave lower edge create a rocker-style badge with straight, angled ends.
Measuring 110 × 44 mm, the horizontal design makes a clear monochrome accent on a suitable jacket, vest or fabric bag. Place it above another motif to echo the curved shape, or use it alone on a flat fabric panel. Check the available space before attaching so the ends remain fully supported.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Read the garment care label and adhesive backing instructions. Do not iron heat-sensitive, coated or non-ironable materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the patch adhesive-side down, keeping both ends flat against the fabric.
- Cover the entire patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select a temperature permitted by both garment and backing instructions.
- Press firmly without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and never exceed the garment's heat limits.
- Allow the fabric and patch to cool completely. Gently check the curved edges and ends. Follow backing instructions for any repeat pressing, or secure the edge with suitable stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suited to the garment to stitch around the border. Follow both curves and the angled ends carefully. Avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is the alternative for fabrics that cannot tolerate ironing and can reinforce an iron-on attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch care instructions. Check for loose edges before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and never place an uncovered hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment; check manufacturer guidance before altering technical motorcycle clothing.
