This large Suzuki embroidered back patch combines bold red Suzuki lettering with black-and-white checkered racing flags rising above both ends. A black name panel and contoured outer border frame the racing-inspired design.
Measuring 315 × 115 mm, the broad horizontal silhouette creates a focal point on a suitable jacket back, biker vest or large fabric bag. Leave space above the lettering for the angled flag tips when arranging your patches.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the backing instructions and garment care label. Proceed only if adhesive backing is present and the fabric permits heat application. Avoid leather, coated and heat-sensitive fabrics unless their manufacturer permits ironing.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Centre the lettering, align the flags and smooth the fabric beneath the full design.
- Cover the embroidery with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select the temperature specified for the backing within the garment's permitted heat range.
- Apply the time and pressure specified by the backing instructions. Work across the entire design as directed, including both flag sections and the name panel, without sliding the iron.
- Allow the whole patch to cool completely before gently checking the edges. Follow backing instructions if further pressing is required. Reinforce the wide design with stitching where suitable.
Sew-On Option
Secure the centre and both ends before sewing. Stitch around the full outer contour using a needle and thread suitable for your garment, following the raised flag tips and panel corners. Keep the fabric flat and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce adhesive attachment.
Care
Follow garment and backing care instructions. Check the flag tips and border before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the edges from snagging. Do not iron directly onto the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
