Add a compact monochrome detail to your motorcycle-themed patch arrangement with this round Harley-Davidson skull patch. A light grey stylised skull fills the centre against a black background, with dark eye openings and contrasting stitched facial details. Curved Harley-Davidson lettering sits above, while Motorcycles lettering follows the lower arc.
Decorative curled scroll ends and light grey outlines frame the design inside a black stitched outer border. Its circular shape works as a standalone accent on suitable fabric or alongside other biker designs on a jacket, vest or bag.

- Size: 62 mm diameter
- Shape: Round
- Details: Curved lettering, curled scroll ends and light grey outlines
- Border: Black stitched outer edge

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Use this method only with an iron-on adhesive backing and heat-compatible fabric. Avoid coated or heat-sensitive materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the skull upright with the Harley-Davidson lettering above it.
- Cover the entire patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Turn off steam and select a temperature permitted by both garment and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified temperature and pressing time, covering the centre and circular edge without exceeding garment heat limits.
- Let the patch cool completely before gently checking the perimeter. Follow backing instructions for any repeat pressing, or reinforce the edge with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment and stitch evenly around the black outer border. Avoid unwanted pocket or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative where ironing is unsuitable and can reinforce an adhesive attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and never place a hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Check manufacturer guidance before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
