Create a dramatic centrepiece for your patch layout with this large Harley-Davidson skull, cross and flames embroidered back patch. A white skull with yellow shading, black eye sockets and an open jaw sits in front of a flared cross. Red upper outlines transition to yellow along the lower cross sections, with curling flame details against the black background.
White Harley-Davidson lettering arches across the top. At 210 × 240 mm, the contoured design makes a prominent accent on a suitable jacket or vest with enough flat space for the full cross and flame silhouette.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Use this method only with an iron-on adhesive backing and heat-compatible fabric. Avoid coated or heat-sensitive materials unless their manufacturer expressly permits ironing.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Check the full 210 × 240 mm placement, align the skull upright and smooth the cross and flame tips flat.
- Cover the entire design with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select only the temperature permitted by both garment and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and temperature. Work across the large design as directed, covering the skull, cross arms, lettering and flame tips without exceeding garment heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the outline. Follow backing instructions for any additional pressing, or reinforce the edges with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suitable for the garment and stitch around the contoured black border. Secure the projecting cross arms, flame tips and upper lettering carefully while keeping the fabric flat. Avoid sewing through unwanted pockets or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an adhesive attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and protect the projecting edges from snagging. Never place a hot iron directly on the embroidered face. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Consult the garment manufacturer before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
