Add a distinctive stars-and-stripes detail to your next motorcycle-themed project with this Harley-Davidson number 1 embroidered patch. White stars fill the blue upper section, while vertical red and white stripes run down the numeral. Black Harley-Davidson lettering sits across a white panel at the base.
Black and white outlines define the number-shaped silhouette and bring contrast to the colourful embroidery. Position it on a suitable jacket, vest or bag as a compact standalone accent, or combine it with other motorcycle designs in your patch collection. The USA-style motif describes the design, not the country of manufacture.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Check the garment care label and patch backing instructions. Use this method only with an iron-on adhesive backing and heat-compatible fabric. Avoid coated or heat-sensitive materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the number upright and check that the upper section and wide base lie flat.
- Cover the entire patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Switch off steam and select a temperature permitted by both garment and backing instructions.
- Apply firm, even pressure without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified temperature and pressing time, covering the narrow stem and projecting corners without exceeding garment heat limits.
- Allow everything to cool completely before gently checking the outline. Follow backing instructions for any repeat pressing, or reinforce the edges with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a needle and thread suited to your garment and stitch around the outer contour. Secure the upper corners, narrow sides and broad base carefully, avoiding unwanted pocket or lining layers. Sewing is an alternative where ironing is unsuitable and can reinforce an adhesive attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch backing care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and never place a hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment. Check manufacturer guidance before modifying technical motorcycle clothing.
