BSA Round Red Logo Patch
This round embroidered BSA patch features a red winged wordmark inside a red-outlined white oval. Behind the central emblem, a detailed black and grey motif spreads outward in pointed, feather-like sections. A black stitched border frames the white circular background.
The bright red centre contrasts with the monochrome outer design, making the oval emblem the focal point. At 70 mm in diameter, this badge offers a compact round accent for a suitable jacket, vest or fabric bag. Position it on a flat panel with space around the circular edge, or combine it with other motorcycle-themed designs.

Step-by-Step Iron-On Instructions
- Read the garment care label and adhesive backing instructions. Do not iron heat-sensitive, coated or non-ironable materials.
- Lay the garment flat on a firm, heat-resistant surface. Position the patch with its adhesive side facing the fabric.
- Cover the entire patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth. Turn off steam and choose a temperature permitted by both garment and backing instructions.
- Press firmly without sliding the iron. Follow the backing's specified pressing time and never exceed the garment's heat limits.
- Allow the patch and fabric to cool completely. Check the circular edge gently. Follow backing instructions for repeat pressing if needed, or secure the border with stitches.
Sew-On Option
Use a suitable needle and thread to stitch around the black outer border. Follow the circular shape evenly and avoid catching pockets or unwanted lining layers. Sewing is the alternative for fabrics unsuitable for ironing and can reinforce an iron-on attachment where appropriate.
Care
Follow garment and patch care instructions. Check the attachment before washing, avoid scrubbing the embroidery and never place an uncovered hot iron directly on the design. This decorative patch is not protective riding equipment; check manufacturer guidance before altering technical motorcycle clothing.
