Ace Cafe London Patch Checkered Flags Club Logo Black White Embroidered Die-Cut
A classic embroidered die-cut patch featuring the legendary Ace Cafe London club logo between two waving checkered racing flags – a must-have collectible patch for café racer riders, rockers, ton-up boys and lovers of vintage British motorcycle culture worldwide. Opened in 1938 on London's North Circular Road, the Ace Cafe became the most famous meeting point of the Rockers in the 1950s and 60s and the birthplace of the café racer scene – riders would put a record on the jukebox and race to a set point and back before the song ended. The patch is a die-cut format with a bold dark black merrowed outer border. The design: Center: a round emblem with "ACE CAFE" arching across the top and "LONDON" along the bottom in white serif letters on a black ring, and the iconic black club (clover) symbol with "ACE" on a white center circle. Flags: two black and white checkered racing flags on black poles waving out to both sides. This motif is also available as a large back patch in our shop.
